Description Special Education program that serves students between ages 18-22 years at designated high school campuses in collaboration with designated community resources. The program focuses on independence and job readiness skills to transition from school to competitive or customized employment.

Entrance Criteria Students must have completed all HISD graduation requirements, must be between age 18 – 22 years and be accepted through an application process.
